I bought this just over a week ago to help with my daughters (7 years) seemingly increased anxiety. She was struggling to sleep on an evening and her mind was all over the place ( I think it’s a result of the pandemic though she can’t identify with this) Almost immediately it has framed her final thoughts before sleep and allowed her to actively reflect on the positives each day rather than all the uncertainties. It’s not always easy for her and sometimes she has to get creative but that’s part of the process.

I’ve said it’s her book and neither me or my husband will look at it unless she wants to share with us. There’s not too much writing which is great but it does force her to think positively. She absolutely loves it.

Her first reward for doing the first week was to stay up a bit later with us to play a game!!

I wholly recommend this to anyone and everyone
