I purchased copies for my 8 &11 year old daughters.

They both love them and have embraced journaling with real enthusiasm.

They have really connected with the visual aspect of the emojis and complete them at bedtime. We then read the following day's affirmations together before lights out.

My 8 year old has already independently acknowledged some of her own positive behaviours & thoughts saying "I can put that in my journal."

The 11 year old has spent time really considering & recalling that day's events evaluating the positives.

That for me is a definite endorsement the journals have had a positive effect on their outlook & wellbeing already.
