COVID-19 update September 2021

We are still noticing some disruption to postal services in the UK and aboard due to increased volumes and challenging working conditions with staff shortages and the movement of goods around the carrier networks taking longer than expected. Delivery times still remain less predictable and may take longer. Please be patient if your parcel hasn't arrived yet and leave enough time before getting in touch with us. Unfortunately once your parcel is in the postal system there is nothing we can do to speed things up!
