What materials do you use?

Here at HappyMe we are committed to being as eco-friendly as possible, and it is important to us that we use sustainable, recyclable materials where we can. We review this with our production partners regularly. The ink we use is eco-offset and has no hazardous substances. All the paper and card used in our journals is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. The thread used to sew the binding is made from recycled water bottles. What's the difference between The HappyMe Journal and The HappySelf Journal?

Good question! :-) The HappyMe Journal is the US edition of The HappySelf Journal and both are published by HappySelf Ltd a UK based company. The US is the only region we sell our journal as The HappyMe Journal. This edition is exactly the same inside and has been edited to reflect US English spellings. Funnily enough HappyMe was one of the original names we had picked for our journal back when we started work on it in 2017 so it's nice to have it out with this name after all!

Are your journals available in any shops?

Where is my order?

We aim to ship orders within two to three working days from our US warehouse. COVID-19 update September 2021 We are still noticing some disruption to postal services in the UK and aboard due to increased volumes and challenging working conditions with staff shortages and the movement of goods around the carrier networks taking longer than expected. Delivery times still remain less predictable and may take longer. What is your return and refund policy?

Please feel free to return your journal within two weeks as long as it is unused and in a sellable condition. You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly suggest you use a signed for option as we can't issue a refund until we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good condition. Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries if the address provided is incorrect.
